Rod Baxter is a seasoned Director and Business Executive, with more than 30 years’ international and multi-sector experience across Australia and internationally. His leadership roles include Managing Director as well as Non-executive Chairman of several listed and private companies including Consolidated Minerals Ltd, Calibre Group Ltd, Long Pipes Ltd, Ausenco, Trigg Mining Ltd and Leo Lithium Ltd.
Rod brings invaluable operational mining industry experience to Podium, having held several functional roles including metallurgical, process engineering and project management.
This was followed by senior and general manager roles in commercial, strategy, new business ventures, and strategic corporate projects for Anglo Platinum, resulting in his appointment as a Divisional Director for Anglo Platinum with group-wide responsible for business optimisation, new mining ventures, and strategic corporate projects. He held a dual role as Project Director for Anglo American plc.
Rod holds a BSc (Hons), a PhD and an MBA.

Sam Rodda is a mining professional with 20 years’ experience in operational, technical, project and managerial roles at several mining operations, including Western Mining Corporation, BHP and MMG.
Sam’s most recent role prior to joining Podium was an Executive Operations and Technical Excellence position at MMG, where he was responsible for Strategic Planning, Exploration, SHEC/Risk and Operational Excellence across international sites spanning Australia, Peru and Democratic Republic of Congo.
Sam previously held the role of General Manager of the international top 10 Dugald River Zinc mine, located in northwest QLD, Australia. As GM, Sam was charged with heading the development, ramp up and operation of this world-class asset.
Sam holds a bachelor engineering degree (Mining) and a bachelor Applied Science (Geology) from the University of South Australia. He has also completed a WA First Class Mine Managers’ Certificate of Competency and holds a Site Senior Executive Certificate through the QLD Government’s Department of Mines.

Cathy Moises has extensive knowledge and experience within the resource industry, having held senior roles for several of the most prominent stockbroking firms within Australia including McIntosh (now Merrill Lynch), County Securities (now Citigroup), Evans and Partners, where she was a partner, and most recently worked as Head of Research for Patersons Securities (now Cannacord Genuity).
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a major in Geology from Melbourne University, and a Diploma of Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for ASX listed companies: Arafura Resources Ltd, Australian Potash Ltd and WA Kaolin Ltd.

Linton Putland is an accomplished Director and Business Executive with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry throughout Australia and internationally. He has held operational and technical leadership positions at both open cut and underground mines and worked as a private equity manager, providing development and expansion capital to global projects and companies. His experience adds expertise in project management, feasibility studies, company evaluation and due diligence appraisal.
Linton also currently serves as an Executive Director of Tesoro Gold Ltd and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Breaker Resources NL.
Linton holds a Bachelor of Engineering (WA School of Mines) and a Masters in Science – Mineral Economics (WA School of Mines). He is a Member of AusIMM and a Graduate Member of AICD.

Justine Lea is a Chartered Accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Justine’s 20-year career has focused on the mining industry, where she recently held executive and operational roles with ASX-listed Emeco Holdings Ltd. In her roles of CFO and Chief Integration Officer (CIO) of Emeco, she demonstrated proven experience in business growth, debt and capital markets, accounting and finance, risk and compliance, acquisitions and integration.

Mr Tucker has over 35 years experience in mining, exploration, and analysis as a stockbroker and subsequent corporate advisor. He advised Sibanye-Stillwater through the boutique advisory business Qinisele Resources, which eventually became the in-house business development team.
Mr Tucker remains well connected to the PGM industry globally and has extensive corporate and project experience through all stages of development and operations.

Mr. Croll is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in the mining industry. He has worked in a number of commodities including platinum, chrome, nickel, copper, gold and diamonds across sub-Sahara Africa, West Africa, Papua New Guinea, Australia and the Solomon Islands.
Mr. Croll has broad experience in all aspects of mine operations, processing operations and marketing of precious metals and minerals, including PGMs.

Mr. Chunnett has extensive global experience in PGM operations, exploration and mine development, with particular emphasis on Southern Africa. He has served with Anglo Platinum Limited for approximately 31 years as Head of Platinum Geology and Exploration.
Mr Chunnett has a strong understanding of different PGM orebodies globally, this will enable targeted growth programs and interpretation of zones within the existing resource to best inform project economics.
